This is really one of the important things to make note of. There can be number of questions. For example how are we backed up? How and when do we update it? Which software we use for this? On which hardware do we keep our back up? Who does the verification of the back up?

4. Password

The one thing which is really very important is the password. You really need to know that which person is the in charge of the entire password. You should also know that which password is being accessed by whom and what he really access. While changing the IT support you will have to understand that you will have to change the password again and again.

5. Documents and Disk

It is really very important to make a list of software and hardware being used. You should really have the details of all the licenses. If you will not have the list then more often then not you will end up paying lots of fine.

Apart from all this you will also have to look at some other factors like scheduled maintenance and the security. Then only you can decide to change the IT support.
